Terms and Conditions for Honeydo4You Contractor INC Referral Program

Eligibility and Program Overview
- The referral program is offered by Honeydo4You Contractor INC and is available to individuals who refer customers for services exceeding $2,500 in contract value.
- Referrers can earn rewards in two forms:
- Cash Reward: $200 for each successful referral.
- Discount Reward: $400 per referral, applicable toward future projects.
Earning Rewards
- To qualify for a reward, the referred customer must:
- Sign a contract with Honeydo4You for services valued at $2,500 or more.
- Inform Honeydo4You of the referrer’s name before signing the contract.
- Rewards will only be issued after the referred customer’s project is completed, including final payment, and within 30 days of project completion.
Cash Reward
- Referrers will receive $200 per qualified referral.
- Payments will be made via Cash, Venmo, or Check, as selected by the referrer.
- There is no limit to the number of cash rewards a referrer can earn.
Discount Reward
- Referrers may opt for a $400 discount instead of the cash reward.
- Discounts are non-cumulative within a single project and can only be applied once per project.
- For projects exceeding $4,000, one discount can be applied per $4,000 increment.
- For example, if the project cost is $40,000, up to nine $400 discounts may be used, provided the referrer has the balance.
- Discounts have no expiration and can be applied to any future project with Honeydo4You.
Reward Conditions
- Rewards are non-recurrent and cannot be applied retroactively.
- The referred customer must explicitly mention the referrer’s name prior to signing the contract for the referrer to be eligible for a reward.
- Rewards cannot be transferred, combined, or exchanged for alternative benefits.
- Honeydo4You reserves the right to validate and verify referrals to ensure compliance with these terms.
General Terms
- Honeydo4You reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- In cases of disputes regarding eligibility, Honeydo4You retains final decision-making authority.
- This program is subject to all applicable local and state laws in Massachusetts.
